{"id":4649,"date":"2019-09-30T12:03:14","date_gmt":"2019-09-30T10:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lorrylesmetz-histoire.fr\/?page_id=4649"},"modified":"2019-09-30T12:03:14","modified_gmt":"2019-09-30T10:03:14","slug":"garin","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/lorrylesmetz-histoire.fr\/?page_id=4649","title":{"rendered":"Manuscrit Garin le Loherain"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>21 septembre 2019<\/h2>\n<p>Lorry-l\u00e8s-Metz \u00ab au fil du temps \u00bb \u00e9tait invit\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint-Vincent, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation du livre \u00ab La chanson de geste de Garin le Loherain \u00bb, manuscrit de Philippe de Vigneulles situ\u00e9 entre 1515 et 1528. Le chroniqueur a transcrit en langue vernaculaire un po\u00e8me contant les d\u00e9m\u00eal\u00e9s d\u2019un duc de Metz et de son lignage avec une autre maison nobiliaire, celle des Bordelais, au temps de Charles Martel et de P\u00e9pin le Bref.<\/p>\n<p>Ce manuscrit \u00ab rentre \u00e0 la maison \u00bb apr\u00e8s un voyage biblioth\u00e9caire impressionnant qui se finit en Am\u00e9rique, livre dont le propri\u00e9taire souhaitait se d\u00e9faire. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des subventions gouvernementales, d\u00e9partementales et municipales, Metz fit l\u2019acquisition de cette merveille.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y manque qu\u2019une enluminure. La reproduction de cette image manquante figure dans un livre (probablement du XVIIIe) appartenant \u00e0 Dominique\u00a0Gros et dont vous trouverez la repr\u00e9sentation sous forme de gravure. Merci d\u2019avoir aimablement permis de la diffuser ici.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9sentation du Maire de Metz, Monsieur Jean-Charles Herbin, professeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite de langue et litt\u00e9rature fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique des Hauts-de-France, et sp\u00e9cialiste de la \u00ab Geste des Lorrains \u00bb, fit une communication passionnante.<\/p>\n<p>Le public \u00e9tait choisi, on a pu noter entre autres la pr\u00e9sence de Mireille Chazan, Julien Abed et autres universitaires.<\/p>\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-4159\"
