{"id":5530,"date":"2020-03-19T12:02:16","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T11:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lorrylesmetz-histoire.fr\/?page_id=5530"},"modified":"2020-03-19T12:02:16","modified_gmt":"2020-03-19T11:02:16","slug":"conference-cathedrale-saint-etienne","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/lorrylesmetz-histoire.fr\/?page_id=5530","title":{"rendered":"Conf\u00e9rence \u00ab\u00a0hors les murs\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>28\u00a0f\u00e9vrier\u00a02020<\/h2>\n<p>Des membres de Lorry-l\u00e8s-Metz \u00ab\u00a0au fil du temps\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence \u00ab\u00a0hors les murs\u00a0\u00bb donn\u00e9e par l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Nationale de Metz c\u00e9l\u00e9brant les 800\u00a0ans de la cath\u00e9drale Saint-\u00c9tienne de Metz.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9sentation globale de Pierre\u00a0Brasme, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie, et une m\u00e9diation parfaite de G\u00e9rard\u00a0Michaud,<\/p>\n<p>Pierre-\u00c9douard\u00a0Wagner a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019ach\u00e8vement de la cath\u00e9drale 1486-1519\u00a0\u00bb commentant des plans et des gravures de la structure montrant l\u2019\u00e9volution des travaux au cours des si\u00e8cles et notamment dans la derni\u00e8re p\u00e9riode. Il pointe des malfa\u00e7ons avec humour telles que celles qui ont pouss\u00e9, par manque de place, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des demi-fen\u00eatres c\u00f4t\u00e9 abside.<\/p>\n<p>Christiane\u00a0Pignon-Feller a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0De Jacques-Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0Blondel \u00e0 Paul\u00a0Tornow\u00a0: d\u00e9molissions, r\u00e9parations, substitutions\u00a0\u00bb. Ce portail XVIIe tr\u00e8s critiqu\u00e9 pour son incoh\u00e9rence d\u2019avec la cath\u00e9drale, devait \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 par l\u2019architecte fran\u00e7ais Jules\u00a0Racine (1827-1902) selon ses projets. L\u2019Annexion en fit la mise en \u0153uvre avec Tornow et Dujardin (repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur des chapiteaux) apr\u00e8s une longue \u00e9tude sur les portails gothiques fran\u00e7ais qui seraient les mieux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 Metz\u00a0: c\u2019est une synth\u00e8se de tout ce que l\u2019art gothique fit de mieux en France.<\/p>\n<p>Le chanoine Gabriel\u00a0Normand fit partager sa passion pour les verri\u00e8res de Saint-\u00c9tienne \u00ab\u00a0800\u00a0ans d\u2019art du vitrail dans la Lanterne du Bon Dieu\u00a0\u00bb en montrant et commentant avec force d\u00e9tails des vitraux sublimes de diverses \u00e9poques que l\u2019on ne peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas contempler, ou seulement voir, du sol de l\u2019\u00e9difice. D\u00e9tails luxuriants, angelots musiciens, clins d\u2019\u0153il pa\u00efens (sir\u00e8nes et satyres)\u00a0: vitraillistes de g\u00e9nie. Le temps a manqu\u00e9 pour tout admirer.<\/p>\n<p>Et dehors, le vent temp\u00e9tueux soufflait un air de France\u2026<\/p>\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-5512\" style=\"width: 100%; margin: 0 auto;\"
