{"id":6694,"date":"2023-04-13T14:34:22","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T12:34:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lorrylesmetz-histoire.fr\/?page_id=6694"},"modified":"2023-04-13T15:37:44","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T13:37:44","slug":"b","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/lorrylesmetz-histoire.fr\/?page_id=6694","title":{"rendered":"Visite de l\u2019\u00e9glise Sainte-Glossinde"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>29 mars 2023<\/h2>\n<p>Lorry-l\u00e8s-Metz \u00ab au fil du temps \u00bb a visit\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9glise Sainte-Glossinde, enclose dans les murs de l\u2019\u00c9v\u00each\u00e9 de Metz, avec G\u00e9raldine Caps, responsable du service de la pastorale du tourisme et des loisirs du dioc\u00e8se de Metz, personne souriante et \u00e9rudite. Elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la chapelle depuis l\u2019\u00e9poque gallo-romaine (604) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nos jours, le b\u00e2timent faisant partie d\u2019un couvent de b\u00e9n\u00e9dictines<strong>. <\/strong>L\u2019emplacement est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au XVI<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle puis, au XVII<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0si\u00e8cle, l\u2019abbaye subit des d\u00e9molitions impos\u00e9es par Vauban dans un souci de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 militaire, le clocher est ras\u00e9 pour ne pas servir de point de rep\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019ennemi. Au XVIII<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0si\u00e8cle, deux religieuses entreprennent la construction d\u2019une nouvelle chapelle de style baroque dont le plafond est peint par Jean Girardet, peintre du roi Stanislas. Apr\u00e8s les tribulations de la R\u00e9volution, o\u00f9 ce lieu sert de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de grain et autres, le culte est r\u00e9tabli en 1802 et des restaurations vont se succ\u00e9der.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite les membres de l\u2019association ont pu d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 deux pas, la petite chapelle de la communaut\u00e9 du Sacr\u00e9-C\u0153ur, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par un pr\u00eatre ; d\u00e9cor\u00e9e actuellement de tableaux et sculptures modernes, elle aussi faisait partie d\u2019un ensemble religieux.<\/p>\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-6709\" style=\"width: 100%;
